  • Installation & Testing: Our trained field service technicians will install, program, and test your security system.

Maintenance

Seibold Security offers a full range and bundle of maintenance services, including agreements specifically designed to meet your needs and budget. Service options are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Seibold Security operates a fleet of fully stocked service vehicles throughout the regions in which we serve. Our extensive maintenance plans include:

  • Software Upgrades: We maintain software upgrade plans with all our significant partners, allowing us to keep your system current with the latest technologies and updates

  • System Health Checks: We check in on your system on a regular basis to evaluate system performance, look for trends, and identify possible areas that need to be addressed.

  • 24/7/365 Support: We have technicians ready for on-site service and offer some of the fastest response times in the industry.

  • Routine Hardware Maintenance: We make sure your hardware is optimized and in working order and can suggest repairs or other updates to keep

You don’t have to go it alone. Not only will your Seibold Security customer support team be there for you through the installation process, but we will be there for as long as you own the system. You also benefit from having a team of technical specialists available to answer your questions and keep your system up and running 24/7/365.

Installation

We perform each installation with exacting standards. We utilize in-house installation personnel, avoiding subcontractors whenever possible. Each project is assigned to a project manager with more than 25 years of experience. In many instances, installation work can be performed after hours or on weekends, eliminating the need to disrupt your business.

Training

Seibold Security offers comprehensive training on all products that we sell. Training can be conducted by a highly trained learning solutions expert or by our represented manufacturers. It can be done at our headquarters, the manufacturer's training facility, or on your customer site. Whatever your training needs, we can design a customer training package to meet them.
